Thank you for choosing Gateway to the Arctic (G2A) for your wedding! We are honored to host you at G2A and help your wedding day be special. With its rustic feel and breathtaking scenery, G2A provides a truly Alaskan experience. By having your wedding at G2A, you also support the camp’s mission of service to local Alaskan communties.  The proceeds go towards furthering G2A’s vision where people of all abilities can live meaningful lives. 

This application provides a description of the event details and will be used in defining the necessary resources at G2A for your wedding. At G2A, we offer the “Inclusive Package” for the weekend that allows you access to all of our wedding facilities. We do recommend that you have an Event Planner/Coordinator that we can work with so that your special day goes well.

If you are in need of a coordinator we do have an exceptional person that is willing to assist outside of this application.  The Event Planner/Coordinator will be expected to enforce all G2A Facility Rules during the entirety of the event. The Event Planner/Coordinator will be the POC between G2A Event Management, Vendors, and Renter.
